Cruises

• ✅ Up to 14 days before departure:
  Free cancellation – 100% refund

• ⚠️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure:
  50% of the charter price will be charged

• ❌ Less than 7 days before departure or no-show:
  100% of the charter price is due

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
The date of receipt of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.

Rescheduling a Cruise

• Free rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before departure (one time only)

• Within 7 days of departure, rescheduling is only possible if the original date can be resold

Weather, Safety & Force Majeure

Antwerp By Boat reserves the right to cancel, shorten or reschedule a charter in case of:

• unsafe weather conditions

• technical issues

• nautical or operational safety reasons

• government measures

• force majeure

✅ In such cases, the customer is entitled to:

• a full refund, or

• a free rescheduling

Illness or Personal Force Majeure (Customer)

In case of proven illness or personal force majeure, Antwerp By Boat may, without any obligation, offer a rescheduling to a later date.
A refund is not guaranteed and remains a commercial gesture.

Catering via External Partners

Catering services are provided exclusively by external catering partners and fall outside the organisation, execution and liability of Antwerp By Boat.

Cancellation Policy for Catering

• ✅ Up to 30 days before departure:
  100% refund of the catering amount

• ❌ Less than 30 days before departure:
  No refund of the catering amount, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, weather conditions or personal force majeure

These catering conditions are separate from and independent of the charter cancellation policy.

✅ By confirming a reservation, the customer explicitly agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
