A meeting does not have to be a room with fluorescent light. Step on board with your team and use 75 minutes on the water to meet, brainstorm or go through a strategy. The boat is then exclusively for your group.

The boat as an open-air office
Our boats are open boats: you sit outside, with the water and the city as a backdrop. The small boat takes up to 12 people, the large boat up to 50. For a meeting with a small team the small boat is usually the most logical choice.
We sail a fixed route of 75 minutes through the Antwerp city harbour. If you prefer no commentary during your conversation, we switch off the historical commentary and leave soft background music or complete silence.
What we agree in advance
Wifi, screens, power supply and a covered meeting room are not standard on board. If you need them, we look at what is possible beforehand; we do not promise what we cannot deliver.
We also agree the set-up in advance: tables, seats or a free arrangement. If that needs extra time at the quay, we plan set-up and dismantling that do not extend the 75-minute cruise.
Meeting with a proposal
Because every meeting has different needs, we work with a tailored proposal instead of a standard booking. You send us the date, time, number of participants and what you need; we confirm what is possible and what it costs.
What is included
- The entire boat, 75 minutes on the water.
- Small boat up to 12 people or large boat up to 50 people.
- A choice of historical commentary, background music or silence.
- Drinks per consumption or a drinks package.
- Invoicing in your company's name.

Practical information
- Departure point: Nieuwpoortkaai, Bonapartedok, next to the MAS Museum in Antwerp.
- Duration: 75 minutes on the water. For a tailored set-up we add 45 minutes of set-up and 30 minutes of dismantling; the cruise itself stays 75 minutes.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before departure; the boat leaves at the scheduled time.
- There is no toilet on board. Please use the toilets at the MAS before boarding.
- Our boats are 100% electric and open: dress for the weather.
- Invoicing in your company's name is possible.
